Day 1
Arrival at Tbilisi international airport, transfer from airport, depending on the time of arrival can plan a city tour in old town, dinner overnight.

Day 2
German architecture
Driving towards Bolnisi small town with authentic 19 century German architecture, amazing museum and several great wineries, walking through the old part of town, visiting museum, wine tasting and lunch at the local winery, driving to Dmanisi to visit world famous stone age site, local expert/archeologist will explain the importance of the place and how it questions human migration theories, overnight in Bolinisi.

Day 3
Vardzia
Exploring another old german settlement in Asureti formerly known as (?) , driving towards Paravani lake, here we take a short off road drive to drive up to Shaori Megalithic site and explore 3700 year old Megalithic castle , constructed by volcanic rocks, off road drive will be accompanied by short walk up to the castle, amazing viewpoint on the dramatic terrain of Javakheti, for late lunch we will visit local convent and get to know the story of Saint Nino, preacher of Christianity who brought the Christian religion to Georgia in 4th century. We drive towards Vardzia, overnight at Vardzia resort.

Day 4
Exploring Vardzia, cave town from 12 century made up of 12 different level of cave that are interconnected by inside passages, all cut into the mountains of lesser Caucasus, brief walk through the abandoned village of Chachkari to see the monumental stone dwelling sights lunch at the family, visiting another cave complex called Vanis Kvabebi, dinner overnight at Vardzia resort.
Day 5
From Vardzia via Mtkvari gorge hiking towards the Tmogvi castle this 6 km hikewill end at the picturesque ruined castle at the top of the steep gorge on river Mtkvari, wine tasting at Natenadze’s winery where grapes are grown on the volcanic soil at the high altitude of 1350 meters above the sea, drive to village Chobareti to Enjoy lunch in 350 year old dwelling site and get to know how regional cheese Tenili is being made, also to taste unique regional cuisine of southern Georgia, on the way back to the hotel visiting Khertvisi castle, there is a chance to take a dip in hot thermal water with sulfur at numerous spots nearby Vardzia. Overnight at Vardzia resort.

Day 6
From Vardzia we drive to Borjomi, on the way we stop in village Nijgori and hike up to Megalith of Saro 3600 years old we explore the nearby village of Saro and its traditional architecture, lunch and the Kvevri beer tasting in the town of Aspindza where beers are brewed in Kvevris wine fermentation and ageing vessel made out of clay, after lunch we drive to Borjomi, overnight in Borjomi.

Day 7
Borjomi
Full day hike Borjomi Kharagauli national park, towards Lomis Mta, after hike brief drive to sulfur baths, overnight Borjomi.

Day 8
UNESCO
Sightseeing in Borjomi: Mineral water park, 3 km hike through the forest to get to another open-air sulfur pool amidst the forest, some free time at the pools, lunch at the local eatery, Sightseeing in Mtskheta, two UNESCO sights: Jvari monastery and Svetitskhoveli. Arrival to Tbilisi, overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 9
Exploring Tbilisi, the national museum, old town, silk museum and brief tour through the modernist Soviet architecture of town, overnight in Tbilisi.
